Smart Trade stores your mobile account identifier, account settings, login timestamps, and per-user trading records such as portfolios, executed trades, and bookmarks to provide the service.

When you agree to our legal documents, we store your account identifier, acceptance time in UTC, accepted document versions, IP address, and marketing preference as evidence of your agreement. Your browser receives a session cookie to maintain your sign-in and protect consent submissions.

Marketing consent is optional, separate from the legal agreement, and unchecked by default. Declining it does not prevent account creation. Re-accepting updated terms does not opt you into marketing.

Keep your account information private. Review the service's data practices before submitting personal or trading information.
